Some of the mock drafts had Dirk going as late as #10.. do people really hate Dirk this bad? Must suck to be them as he drops 50 on their fav team on any given night. Keep hatin.

glad we have 12 teams instead of 14, the waiver wire won't be a bunch of chopped liver and cold fish this season.

I get that Granger averaged 25ppg last year, but isn't that all?

and why do they list him as a PF? dude is listed at 220#s

Not trying to hate on him, but why was he so high in their auto-rank?

As far as the Categories:

Note that I switched total rebounds to Defensive rebounds.

The other categories that I thought might be interesting:

1. FTs attempted (or made, but I think attempted + %age is pretty good)

2. A/TO ratio (in lieu of turnovers)

We could have Ejections, Flagarant Fouls, times fouled out, and technical fouls too. Do you win if you have the most, or the least :D

The divisions are meaningless right now... if we want we can give division champs the top seed...

I think this category is way more interesting than the minutes category.

And a comment for the draft.
Aussiewill I have a few centers available.I'm just sayin because you are weak at this position and maybe you're willing to trade for one of them.

you know you could have changed it to rotisserie if you wanted, Dk.

i think all the teams are pretty competitive. looking forward to a long season.

Also, i used the ranking on cbs sportsline, yahoo doesn't really rank them right for some reason.

Yeah no kidding hey, but if you're going to deep at a position, you want it to be PG or C since they hold the demand for not having a large amount of quality players like the other positions.

I wasn't getting up at 3am on a Sunday night to do the draft either...

..TJ Ford AND Arenas for me.. talk about being on injury alert.

Yahoo! interface has been buggy of late.. seen some weird stuff. Today I was able to reject a trade but would not let me add a comment to my rejection.

SO, let me say here that while TJ Ford is an injury concern, he is a starter and there is some potential there I'm not ready to give up on yet. I'm also pretty satisfied with my center rotation right now.
